Ingredients
  

  • 500 grams beef ribeye sliced thinly
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger grated
  • 1 whole onion sliced thinly
  • 2 stalks green onions chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and mix well.
  • Add the sliced beef and sliced onion to the marinade and mix to coat the beef evenly. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and onions to the skillet, spreading them in an even layer.
  • Cook for 3-5 minutes or until the beef is browned and cooked through, stirring occasionally.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and serve with steamed rice.
