Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Beef 80% lean
  • 1/2 cup Almond Flour to replace breadcrumbs
  • 2 Eggs large
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder for seasoning
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder for seasoning
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, almond flour, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Mix the ingredients until well combined, being careful not to over mix.
  • Shape the mixture into a loaf shape and place it into a baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  • Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
