Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the baked beans, hot honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well blended.
Transfer the mixture into a deep baking dish.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes, allowing the top to caramelize.
Remove from oven and let the beans cool slightly before serving.
