Instructions
Cook the macaroni pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool completely.
In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar. Mix until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Add the cooled macaroni, shredded carrot, and chopped onion to the bowl. Stir until everything is well combined and coated with the dressing.
