Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 can diced tomatoes 15 ounces
  • 1 can kidney beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until onion is translucent.
  • Add ground chicken to the pot and cook until browned.
  • Stir in chili powder, cumin, and paprika; cook for 1-2 minutes until spices are fragrant.
  • Add diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, and chicken broth to the pot. Stir to combine.
  • Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to low and let cook for 25-30 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste before serving. Enjoy your Ground Chicken Chili!
