In a medium bowl, mix together the pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger until the sugar is dissolved.
Place the pork chops in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag or cover the dish and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Brush the grates with oil to prevent sticking.
Remove the pork chops from the marinade and place them on the preheated grill. Discard the marinade.
Grill pork chops for about 8-10 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Remove the pork chops from the grill and let them rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.
