Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Brush the mixture onto both sides of the chicken breast halves.
Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine sliced cucumbers, rice vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, and honey. Toss to coat.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions over the cucumber mixture and toss again.
Slice the grilled chicken and serve atop the sesame cucumber salad.
