Instructions
Heat the coconut oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the popcorn kernels to the pot and cover with a lid.
Shake the pot occasionally to ensure even popping.
Once popping slows, remove from heat and transfer to a large bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together matcha powder, sugar, and salt.
Drizzle the melted coconut oil over the popcorn and sprinkle with the matcha mixture.
Toss the popcorn well to evenly coat with the matcha mixture. Serve immediately.
