Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste

Instructions

  • Once popping slows, remove from heat and transfer to a large bowl.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together matcha powder, sugar, and salt.

  • Toss the popcorn well to evenly coat with the matcha mixture. Serve immediately.
