with live and active cultures
Instructions
Pour the milk into a saucepan and heat it over medium-high heat until it reaches a temperature of 180°F (82°C).
Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the milk cool down to 110°F (43°C).
Once the milk has cooled down, stir in the Greek yogurt.
Cover the saucepan with a clean towel or plastic wrap and let it sit undisturbed at room temperature for 6-8 hours, or until the yogurt thickens.
After the yogurt has thickened, refrigerate it for at least 2 hours before serving.
Serve the Greek yogurt chilled and enjoy!
