Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt with live and active cultures

Instructions
 

  • Pour the milk into a saucepan and heat it over medium-high heat until it reaches a temperature of 180°F (82°C).
  • Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the milk cool down to 110°F (43°C).
  • Once the milk has cooled down, stir in the Greek yogurt.
  • Cover the saucepan with a clean towel or plastic wrap and let it sit undisturbed at room temperature for 6-8 hours, or until the yogurt thickens.
  • After the yogurt has thickened, refrigerate it for at least 2 hours before serving.
  • Serve the Greek yogurt chilled and enjoy!
