Salt and pepper
black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook until they start to soften, about 5 minutes.
Add the spiralized zucchini to the skillet and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the zoodles are tender.
Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the olives, feta cheese, and fresh parsley. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Serve the Greek style zoodles with tomatoes hot or cold, as a side dish or a main course.
