Instructions
In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, oregano, parsley, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Add prawns to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Thread prawns onto skewers and grill for 2-3 minutes per side until cooked through.
Serve hot with lemon wedges.
