Instructions
Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the sliced bell peppers, carrots, and cabbage to the pan. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until they begin to soften.
Add the cooked rice noodles to the pan with the vegetables.
Pour in the gluten-free soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together until the noodles and vegetables are coated in the sauce.
Serve hot, and enjoy your gluten-free chow mein.
