A delicious and easy gluten free chow mein made with rice noodles, vegetables, and a savory sauce.

Ingredients
  

  • 200 grams rice noodles preferably thick
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers any color
  • 1 cup sliced carrots julienned
  • 1 cup sliced cabbage shredded
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup gluten-free soy sauce or tamari
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce gluten-free
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions
 

  • Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add the sliced bell peppers, carrots, and cabbage to the pan. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until they begin to soften.
  • Add the cooked rice noodles to the pan with the vegetables.
  • Pour in the gluten-free soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together until the noodles and vegetables are coated in the sauce.
  • Serve hot, and enjoy your gluten-free chow mein.
