In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 7-8 minutes.
While the meatballs are cooking, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Once meatballs are browned, add marinara sauce to the skillet. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until meatballs are cooked through.
Toss the cooked pasta with the meatballs and sauce. Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.
