Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Score the skin of the pork belly with a sharp knife.
Season the pork belly with salt, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, and black pepper.
Rub the olive oil all over the pork belly.
Place the pork belly on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
Increase the oven temperature to 450°F (230°C) and roast for another 30 minutes, or until the skin is crispy.
Remove from the oven and let the pork belly rest for 10 minutes.
Slice and serve crispy pork belly.
