Carefully place the seasoned fish fillet in the pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily.
In a small bowl, mix the lime juice, lime zest, and red chilli flakes.
Pour the lime mixture over the cooked fish and let it simmer for an additional 1 minute.
Remove the fish from the pan and serve immediately, garnished with additional lime slices if desired.
