Ingredients
  

  • 200 grams chicken breast cut into small pieces
  • 1 carrot diced
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chopped onions, carrots, and sauté until vegetables are tender.
  • Add chicken pieces to the skillet and cook until no longer pink.
  • Stir in peas and chicken broth, and season with salt and pepper.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and milk to make a smooth batter.
  • Transfer the chicken and vegetable mixture to a baking dish. Pour the batter over the chicken mixture, spreading evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes until the topping is golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove from oven, let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
