Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups chicken breast diced
  • 1 cup wild rice uncooked
  • 2 cups chicken broth low sodium
  • 1 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream of mushroom soup condensed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper ground

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken breast, wild rice, chicken broth, mushrooms, broccoli, and condensed cream of mushroom soup.
  • Season with salt and black pepper, then stir all ingredients until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  • Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 60 minutes in the preheated oven.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the rice is cooked and the chicken is tender.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
