Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Season the chicken breasts with paprika, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the shredded cabbage to the skillet and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the cabbage is wilted and tender.
Slice the cooked chicken breasts and add them back to the skillet with the cabbage.
Stir everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until heated through.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
