In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, mix together the beaten eggs, vegetable oil, and grated carrots.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until combined. Do not overmix.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then remove from the pan and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
