In a large saucepan, combine the hot sauce, butter, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Heat over medium heat until the butter is melted, stirring occasionally.
In a deep fryer or large pot, heat vegetable oil to 375°F (190°C).
Add the chicken wings to the hot oil in batches and fry for 12-15 minutes, or until crispy and cooked through.
Transfer the cooked wings to a large bowl and pour the buffalo sauce over them. Toss until the wings are evenly coated in the sauce.
Serve the buffalo chicken wings hot with celery sticks and blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping.
