Ingredients
  

  • 1 piece chicken breast boneless and skinless
  • 1/2 cup broccoli chopped
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper or to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a small bowl, mix chopped broccoli and cheddar cheese.
  • Slice the chicken breast horizontally to create a pocket, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  • Stuff the broccoli and cheese mixture into the pocket of the chicken breast.
  • Season the outside of the chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Place the stuffed chicken breast in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.
  • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
