Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small bowl, mix chopped broccoli and cheddar cheese.
Slice the chicken breast horizontally to create a pocket, being careful not to cut all the way through.
Stuff the broccoli and cheese mixture into the pocket of the chicken breast.
Season the outside of the chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Place the stuffed chicken breast in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.
Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
