cooked or canned, rinsed and drained

salsa

avocado

Instructions
Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly toast the corn tortilla until crispy. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the black beans and cook until heated through. Set aside.
In a separate pan, fry the egg to your desired doneness.
Place the crispy tortilla on a plate, layer with black beans, and top with the fried egg.
Add salsa and sliced avocado on top, and garnish with cilantro.
Serve with lime wedges and season with salt and pepper to taste.
