Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour sifted
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1.5 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 ripe bananas mashed

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • In another bowl, combine the beaten egg, milk, and melted butter.
  • Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  • Fold in the mashed bananas gently.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and grease it lightly.
  • Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
  • Cook until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
  • Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
