Ingredients
  

  • 250 grams scallops fresh, cleaned
  • 2 whole endives trimmed and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for drizzling
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese grated

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a baking dish, arrange the scallops and the sliced endives.
  • Drizzle the melted butter and lemon juice over the scallops and endives.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until scallops are cooked through and the cheese begins to turn golden.
  • Remove from oven, drizzle with olive oil, and serve hot.
