Ingredients
  

  • 200 grams feta cheese block
  • 300 grams cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 250 grams pasta any type
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • Place the block of feta cheese in the center of a baking dish.
  • Add the cherry tomatoes and sliced onion around the feta block.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the onions are caramelized and the tomatoes burst.
  • Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  • Remove the dish from the oven, and add minced garlic to the baked mixture.
  • Stir the baked feta, onions, and tomatoes gently to combine.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the dish and toss everything together until the pasta is well coated.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
