Wrap each sweet potato cube with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
Dip each bacon-wrapped sweet potato bite into the spice mixture, coating well.
Place the bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the sweet potatoes are tender.
