Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin trimmed of silver skin
  • 8 slices bacon thin strips
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary fresh, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  • Rub the pork tenderloin with the spice mixture, ensuring it is well coated.
  • Wrap the tenderloin with bacon strips, securing them with toothpicks if necessary.
  • Place the pork on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  • Remove from oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
