Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
In the same skillet, fry the eggs to your desired doneness. Season with salt and pepper.
To assemble the sandwich, place a slice of bacon on the bottom half of each English muffin. Top with a fried egg and avocado slices. Season with salt and pepper. Place the top half of the English muffin on top.
