Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Roll out the puff pastry sheet onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with Parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread the cheese mixture over the puff pastry, leaving a border around the edges.
Arrange the asparagus on top of the cheese mixture in a single layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the pastry is golden and crisp.
Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
