Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place pie crust into a quiche or pie pan and trim the edges if necessary.
Blanch asparagus in boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain and cool.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Spread asparagus and feta cheese evenly over the pie crust.
Pour egg mixture over the asparagus and feta. Decorate with asparagus.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the quiche is set and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
