Ingredients

2 cups chopped fruits (such as apples, grapes, oranges, pineapple, and pomegranate)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon chaat masala
1/2 teaspoon black salt
1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint leaves
2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves
1 tablespoon chopped roasted peanuts
1 tablespoon chopped roasted almonds
1 tablespoon chopped roasted cashews

Instructions

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped fruits and lemon juice.
2.Add the chaat masala, black salt, roasted cumin powder, red chili powder, and black pepper powder. Mix well to coat the fruits evenly.
3.Add the chopped mint leaves, chopped coriander leaves, chopped roasted peanuts, chopped roasted almonds, and chopped roasted cashews. Toss gently to combine.
4.Serve the fruit chaat immediately and enjoy!
