Instructions
Spiralize the zucchinis to create zucchini noodles.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the zucchini noodles to the skillet and toss to coat with the oil and garlic.
Cook for 2-3 minutes until the zucchini is just tender.
Remove from heat, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
