Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium zucchinis spiralized into noodles
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • To taste salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed

Instructions
 

  • Spiralize the zucchinis to create zucchini noodles.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add the zucchini noodles to the skillet and toss to coat with the oil and garlic.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes until the zucchini is just tender.
  • Remove from heat, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  • Serve immediately as a side dish or light main course.
