Instructions
Prepare the mozzarella sticks by cutting mozzarella cheese into 3-inch sticks.
Coat each stick with flour, dip in the beaten eggs, and then coat with seasoned bread crumbs. Repeat to ensure a thick coat.
Attach an almond to one end of each stick, pressing slightly to create a fingernail look.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the coated sticks until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes each.
Drain on paper towels and serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
