Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the trimmed whole cauliflower on a baking dish.
Drizzle olive oil all over the cauliflower and rub to coat evenly.
Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and garlic powder over the cauliflower.
Roast in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden brown and tender.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
