Ingredients
  

  • 1 large cauliflower trimmed and leaves removed
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the trimmed whole cauliflower on a baking dish.
  • Drizzle olive oil all over the cauliflower and rub to coat evenly.
  • Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and garlic powder over the cauliflower.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden brown and tender.
  • Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
