Ingredients
  

  • 500 grams gnocchi store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup vodka sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add the vodka sauce to the skillet and bring it to a simmer. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add the gnocchi to the sauce and stir to coat evenly.
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
  • Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven, and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh chopped basil and serve warm.
