Instructions
Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Stir in the tomato paste, cooking for another minute. Add the cooked pasta, salt, and pepper, stirring to combine.
Mix in the dried mint, then remove from heat.
Serve the pasta topped with yogurt.
