  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger ground
  • 1 tablespoon honey or to taste
  • 1 pinch black pepper freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan, combine milk, turmeric powder, cinnamon, ginger, honey, and black pepper.
  • Heat over medium-low heat, whisking frequently until hot but not boiling.
  • Pour into a mug and serve hot.
