Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground pork and beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent.
Stir in salt, pepper, ground cloves, cinnamon, and water. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Place one pie crust in a 9-inch pie plate. Fill with the meat mixture and cover with the second pie crust.
Seal and flute the edges. Cut slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
Brush the top crust with melted butter.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
