A refreshing salad with tomatoes and coconut

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion chopped
  • 1/2 lime juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Dice the tomatoes and place them in a bowl.
  • Add the shredded coconut, chopped cilantro, and chopped red onion to the bowl.
  • Squeeze the juice of half a lime over the salad and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Toss everything together until well mixed.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
