Instructions
Bring 1 cup of water to a boil and steep the tea bag for 3-5 minutes, then remove the tea bag.
Add the rolled oats and a pinch of salt to the tea-infused water.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the oats are soft and the liquid is absorbed, about 5-7 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in honey and milk, if desired.
Serve immediately and enjoy your tea-infused oatmeal.
