Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, about 6-8 minutes.
Drain excess fat and stir in the taco seasoning and water as directed on the seasoning package.
Add the corn and tomatoes and continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
Place the biscuit dough over the top of the meat and cheese mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
Let cool slightly before serving.
