Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef lean
  • 1 packet taco seasoning store bought or homemade
  • 1 cup frozen corn thawed
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough 8-count
  • 1 tomato sliced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, about 6-8 minutes.
  • Drain excess fat and stir in the taco seasoning and water as directed on the seasoning package.
  • Add the corn and tomatoes and continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  • Place the biscuit dough over the top of the meat and cheese mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.
