Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup couscous
  • 2 cups water for cooking couscous
  • 1 medium sweet potato peeled and cubed
  • 200 grams turkey breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for cooking
  • 1 teaspoon cumin ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan, then stir in couscous. Remove from heat, cover, and let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
  • Add sweet potato cubes to the skillet and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
  • Stir in cumin, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the turkey and sweet potatoes with the spices.
  • Combine the cooked turkey and sweet potatoes with the couscous. Stir in chopped parsley just before serving.
