Instructions
Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan, then stir in couscous. Remove from heat, cover, and let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
Add sweet potato cubes to the skillet and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
Stir in cumin, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the turkey and sweet potatoes with the spices.
Combine the cooked turkey and sweet potatoes with the couscous. Stir in chopped parsley just before serving.
