Ingredients
  

  • 6 whole mint leaves fresh
  • 0.5 cup mixed berries strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons simple syrup
  • 1 ounce lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 ounces white rum
  • 1 cup club soda chilled
  • 1 slice lime for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a glass, muddle the mint leaves with the mixed berries and simple syrup.
  • Add the lime juice and white rum to the muddled mixture.
  • Fill the glass with ice and top with club soda. Stir gently to combine.
  • Garnish with a slice of lime and a sprig of mint, if desired.
