balsamic glaze

Instructions
Rinse and pat dry the mixed berries. Slice strawberries if they are large.
Place the burrata cheese in the center of a serving plate.
Arrange the mixed berries around the burrata.
Drizzle balsamic glaze and olive oil over the burrata and berries.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves, if using.
