Instructions
Prepare the Hot Dogs:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Slice each hot dog down the center, but not all the way through, creating a pocket for the stuffing.
Stuff the center of each hot dog with the cooked stuffing.
Make the Tomato Sauce:
In a bowl, mix together the tomato soup, tomato sauce, a dash of hot sauce, and salt and pepper to taste.
Assemble the Dish:
Place the stuffed hot dogs in a baking dish.
Pour the tomato sauce mixture over the hot dogs, ensuring they are well covered.
Bake:
Cover the baking dish with foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes, until the hot dogs are heated through and the tomato sauce is bubbly.
Serve:
Remove from the oven and serve the stuffed hot dogs hot, with the tomato sauce spooned over them.
