Instructions
In a small saucepan, combine sugar and water. Heat over medium heat until the sugar has completely dissolved to form a simple syrup. Let it cool.
Place strawberries and lemon juice in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
Add the cooled simple syrup to the strawberry mixture and blend until well combined.
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Transfer sorbet to an airtight container and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
