In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
In another bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until fully combined.
Line the bottom of a springform pan with half of the ladyfingers.
Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers, then top with sliced strawberries.
Repeat the layers with the remaining ladyfingers, mascarpone mixture, and strawberries.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Carefully remove the sides of the springform pan before serving.
