Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix in oil, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined. Gently fold in chopped strawberries.
Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
