cooked and drained
Instructions
Prepare all the filling ingredients and have them ready at your station.
Soak rice paper sheets in warm water until pliable, then lay them on a damp towel.
Place mango slices, mint leaves, cucumber, carrot, and vermicelli noodles on the lower third of the rice paper.
Fold the bottom of the rice paper over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
