  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese fresh
  • 1/4 cup parsley chopped
  • 1/4 cup basil chopped
  • 1/4 cup chives chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 dash salt to taste
  • 1 dash black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, ricotta, parsley, basil, chives, salt, and black pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook until the edges start to set, about 5 minutes.
